CANCELLATION POLICY

If something unexpected arises up until 2 weeks before the retreat then I will do my absolute best to find someone else to fill your space. Only if someone takes your space will your deposit will be refunded, minus a £50 fee. If I can not find anyone to fill your space, or you cancel within 2 weeks of the start date, then you will loose your whole payment.

If for some reason I have to cancel from my side then all deposits will be returned but I wont be able to compensate any other personal expenses such as travel
